Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Member in good standing with the OIQ.
• 8+ years of experience in building mechanical engineering.
• Proven engineering project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Experience in institutional or government projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in French with the ability to work in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines.
• Oversee the design of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and building automation systems.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risks.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders; ensure compliance with federal and military standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
