Qualifikationen

• Experience as a product manager for developer/DevOps tooling or AI-native products.
• Hands-on exposure to source code lifecycle: branches, merge requests, CI/CD, releases.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and managing technically complex products.
• Data-driven approach to prioritization and impact assessment.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous spaces and influence strategy.
• Experience with AI tools/agents in the software lifecycle; own viewpoint.

• Define and drive product strategy for planning, source code management, and AI-assisted development.
• Shape workflows linking intent to code and ensure traceability from specs to merges.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product teams to support human-in-the-loop and autonomous workflows.
• Partner with demos/prototypes teams on spec-driven planning and autonomous modes.
• Use customer insights and market data to identify rapid value opportunities.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product direction.
• Refine how planning accounts for code reviews and test validation.
