Job summary
Pratt & Whitney Canada, based in Longueuil, is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Manufacturing to lead the digital transformation of manufacturing operations. The role reports to the Associate Director, Strategy & Digital Transformation, and involves shaping the vision, prioritizing investments, and delivering measurable value across the organization.
You will lead a dynamic team of seasoned professionals and emerging talents, driving collaboration, empowerment, and continuous improvement,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years manufacturing experience with 5+ years in leadership and digital transformation.
- Bilingual: advanced French and English for cross-border collaboration.
- Experience in multi-site manufacturing, Lean/Six Sigma or Agile is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the Digital Manufacturing strategy and roadmap.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team and foster high-performance culture.
- Prioritize the digital portfolio and maximize business value.
- Coach Product Managers and Value Stream Managers.
- Drive harmonization of processes across sites.
- Establish KPIs and benefit realization plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital Technology.
- Align strategy with solution implementation with transformation teams.
