Rodeo FX seeks an AVP Technology Lead – Digital to shape and accelerate our shared digital platforms, including identity, web, and mobile, with strong governance and vendor management. Qualifications

10+ years in senior technology leadership with digital platforms.

Strong financial acumen with large technology budgets and total cost of ownership.

Responsibilities

Define platform roadmaps, OKRs, sequencing, and modernization priorities.
Lead end-to-end delivery across delivery teams, vendors, system integrators.
Build and sustain a high-performing, inclusive, platform-oriented technology organization.
Ensure digital platforms are secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable.
