Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in site reliability engineering and strong technical leadership skills. You will work collaboratively with engineering teams to foster reliability and ensure optimal platform performance.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or similar.
- Strong ability in software engineering with languages like Python or Go.
- Experience in logistics or operational SaaS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own reliability engineering for the Ziing.ai platform.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents.
- Build automation and define SLOs for critical services.
