Job summary

Recochem Inc. is seeking a senior Plant Engineer / Engineering & Continuous Improvement Project Manager to lead facility reliability, utilities, and capital projects across our Milton, Canada operations.

You will drive Lean, Six Sigma, and CI initiatives to optimize productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance. You will manage projects from concept through execution, mentor cross‑functional teams, and develop maintenance strategies while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
P.Eng. designation is a strong asset.
7+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing environment.
5+ years of project management leading operational improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Lead capital investment projects from planning through execution and completion.
Prepare project scopes, budgets, schedules, business justifications, and ROI analyses.
Coordinate internal resources, contractors, vendors, and external consultants.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and monitor KPIs related to production, maintenance, quality, and efficiency.
