Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Community Planning; PIBC/CIP membership or eligibility preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years planning experience in municipal or private consulting settings.
• Experience leading public engagement and coordinating external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead land use plans, master plans, housing strategies, and facility plans.
• Coordinate planning research, data analysis, and reporting for decision-making.
• Guide development approvals, bylaws, and policy updates.
