Job summary

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in film, TV, or game production with modelers, TDs, riggers, and animators.
  • Experience developing for asset and pipeline management frameworks.
  • Experience in extracting and managing large data from Maya.
  • Deep experience designing, maintaining, evolving computer graphics pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of procedural principles and complexity.
  • Collaborative in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate and optimize APIs for Maya and other DCC tools.
  • Leverage DCCs in pipelines for gaming, animation, and VFX projects.
  • Collaborate with artists to develop methods to create and process data for ML.
  • Create scripts to facilitate automation and data processing.
  • Ensure systems are optimized for cloud compute infrastructure.
  • Develop systems aligned with project requirements and vision.
  • Assist in data acquisition and processing projects.
  • Debug and optimize graphics pipelines and models.
  • Stay updated with trends in computer graphics.
  • Communicate with artistic and research teams to integrate systems.
