United Way Greater Toronto is seeking a Senior Philanthropy Officer, Major Individual Giving to develop and lead donor cultivation, solicitation and stewardship for high-net-worth donors and prospects. The role reports to the Senior Lead, Individual Donor Relations and supports transformational gifts and planned giving initiatives.
You will build relationships with volunteers and colleagues, use CRM tools to manage activity, and help advance the organization’s fundraising strategy.

The purpose of this engagement is toidentifyand assesspossibletechnical platform options that could supportthefuture public-facing TNAF platformand to provide recommendations that will inform asubsequentprocurement for platform design and development.This is a planning and decision-support exercise only.
A separate consultant will be engaged later to design,build, and test a prototype of the selected platform.The outputs of this assignmentare intended to directly inform the scope and design of thatsubsequentprototyping work.

Reporting to the Senior Lead, Individual Donor Relations, the Senior Philanthropy Officer willformulate and implement donor development strategies for individual donors and prospects with the ability and inclination to contribute annual major gifts of $10,000+, transformational gifts ($1M+) and planned gifts.
