Job summary

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, a post-secondary or undergraduate degree (preferred), and credentialing like IFC or CFSA within specified timelines. Mobility within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) accreditation or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
• Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA) within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Create a consistent and exceptional customer experience in the branch with a focus on home borrowing advice.
• Own solutions for customer needs and bring in experts when required.
• Provide ongoing dialogue, answer questions and offer sound financial advice.
