Clio, the global leader in legal AI technology, seeks a Senior Product Designer to drive the Accounting workspace experience across Canada and the US. You’ll own end-to-end design from discovery to launch, partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable accounting flows for solo practices to enterprise firms.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in B2B SaaS, a strong portfolio in financial tooling, and comfort turning complex accounting logic into clear interfaces.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products, B2B SaaS and Accounting experience is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing intuitive product experiences—account setup, financial management, transaction creation.
• Comfort with habit-forming and activation design thinking for long-term customer success.
• Ability to translate complex accounting domain logic into simple interfaces.
• Strong craft across interaction design, information architecture, usability and visual design.
• Strong customer-centric practice turning insights into design direction.
• Proficient with design and prototyping tools and comfortable using AI tools in process.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, low-ego partner enabling alignment and execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering to define and execute experience design strategy and success metrics.
• Design end-to-end experiences across accounting workflows from discovery to release.
• Translate complex accounting domain logic into clear, scalable UI patterns.
• Shape roadmap through research and prototyping, focusing on time-to-value and lasting user habits.
• Raise the quality bar with polished, accessible experiences for accounting.
