Reporting and Responsibilities

Reporting to our Talent & Culture Business Partnership Manager, the Senior Talent & Culture Business Partner will be responsible for developing a close strategic partnership with the managers of their business unit to achieve corporate objectives.

The partner will bring their expertise to managers to build motivated and high-performing teams. This person will ensure that best practices are in place in terms of performance management, talent development, and workplace well-being. The partner positions themselves as a true change agent within their business unit.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop a trusting relationship and a strategic partnership with managers.
2. Provide advisory support on HR needs: performance management, skills and talent development, change management, labor relations, total compensation, and succession planning.
3. Analyze organizational data to propose tailored solutions.
4. Contribute to organizational transformation projects with strategic impact.
5. Ensure systematic approach, clear documentation, and follow-up.

What we're looking for

1. 7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Experience in a fast-paced organizational environment.
4. Ability to connect, have an overall view, and understand complex situations; open-mindedness, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.
5. Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
