Senior People & Culture Business Partner

Headquartered in Montreal, Behaviour Interactive is at the forefront of the gaming industry, crafting unforgettable experiences across PC, console, and mobile platforms. We’re a dynamic, independent studio of over 1200 passionate employees, with studios in Toronto, Rotterdam, and in the UK. Our day to day revolves around two core business focuses: Services and Original Games.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a trusting relationship and a real strategic partnership with managers.
• Provide advisory support to internal managers on all HR needs: performance management, skills and talent development, change management, labor relations, total compensation, succession planning, etc.
• Examine and analyze organizational parameters, including employee experience data, to propose tailored solutions.
• Bring your expertise and leadership in organizational transformation contexts by contributing to various projects with strategic impact for the company.
• Ensure a thoughtful and systematic approach, clear documentation, and adequate follow-up.

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced organizational context.
• Ability to make connections, have an overall view and a clear understanding of the situation, open-mindedness, ability to navigate gray areas, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.
• Bilingual (French, English) both spoken and written.
