Role Overview

Reporting to the Talent & Culture Business Partnership Manager, the Senior Talent & Culture Business Partner will develop strategic partnerships with managers to achieve corporate objectives, build motivated teams, and ensure best practices in performance management, talent development, and workplace well-being. This role acts as a change agent within the business unit.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusting relationships and strategic partnerships with managers.
• Provide advisory support on HR needs such as performance management, skills development, change management, labor relations, compensation, and succession planning.
• Analyze organizational data to propose tailored solutions.
• Lead organizational transformation projects with strategic impact.
• Ensure systematic approaches, clear documentation, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic organizations.
• Strong connection-making, strategic overview, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness.
