Acestack in Toronto, ON is seeking a Lead System Architect (Pega) with 10+ years of experience to drive end-to-end Pega architecture and integration. You will define scalable designs, govern SDLC, and collaborate with business stakeholders to shape to-be solutions.

Role Description:
Define end-to-end Pega application architecture and design scalable, reusable solutions
Translate business requirements into Pega case management workflows and technical design
Establish enterprise class structure, rulesets, and application layering strategy
Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, performance standards, and best practices
Design and implement enterprise integrations (REST, Kafka, APIs, DB, external systems)
Define API-first and event-driven architectures for high-volume processing
Provide governance for reusable integration patterns and frameworks
Lead end-to-end SDLC delivery (Agile Scrum) for Pega applications
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization
Ensure quality, scalability, and production readiness of solutions
Enforce LSA governance standards and guardrail compliance
Lead onshore offshore Pega teams, providing technical direction
Mentor developers (SSASA) and ensure adherence to architecture
Support Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story decomposition
Work closely with business stakeholders and BAs to define to-be solutions
Provide technical feasibility analysis and solution options
Participate in client architecture discussions and solution presentations
Oversee release management, deployment strategies, and environment setup
Support production issue resolution and continuous improvement
Ensure monitoring, logging, and system resiliency
