We are seeking a skilled Pega Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our Pega BPM environment. This role is vital for ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our business-critical applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure the Pega platform operates smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and monitor the Pega platform including installation, patching, upgrades, and configurations.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of Pega-based applications.
• Collaborate with developers and solution architects to support deployments and troubleshoot issues.
• Automate routine administration tasks through shell scripting or other tools.
• Manage security settings, user roles, and access controls within the Pega environment.
• Perform root cause analysis of platform-level incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Support integration of Pega with other systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, TCP, HTTP.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for system monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, procedures, and platform changes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Pega BPM.
• 2+ years in a Pega Administrator role or similar platform support role.
• Experience with Pega application development.
• Proficiency with Linux administration and shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database interactions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, and HTTP.

Preferred / Desired Skills

• Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, CI / CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Java and / or Python.
• Experience using Git and managing code through pull request workflows.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code is a plus.
