Experience Level: 5-7 yrs of experience

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in-office presence 3x week)

Job Summary:

As a Pega Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of clients' Pega platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of business-critical applications. You will work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal use of the Pega platform.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of experience with Pega BPM
• 2+ years of experience as a Pega Administrator or similar role
• Experience with Pega application development
• Experience with Pega system administration, including installation, configuration, and upgrade
• Knowledge of Linux and shell scripting
• Knowledge of writing SQL queries
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
• Expertise in various integration technologies like SOAP, REST, MQ, TCP, HTTP

Desired Skills:

• Well-versed with SDLC, Agile, CI/CD methodologies
• Hands-on Java experience (asset)
• Experience with Python (asset)
• Experience with git and pull workflow
