Job summary

Strategy Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join its People & Culture team in Mississauga, Canada. You will oversee full-cycle Canadian payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and payroll system improvements.

You will process multiple payroll cycles for salaried, hourly and contract employees, manage changes, deductions, and year‑end reporting while ensuring privacy and accuracy.

Requirements

• PCP designation required; CPM is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
• Experience with payroll software; ADP is an asset.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
