Your Mission

As a Sr. Platform Partner Manager, your primary objective will be to forge and nurture strategic partnerships with world-renowned eCommerce platforms, focusing primarily on Shopify. Your role is crucial in expanding our market presence, enhancing our service offerings, and unlocking new revenue streams. You will shape our Platform Partnerships strategy, working within our Global Partnerships team across regions to ensure cohesive and effective strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key eCommerce and social platforms, with Shopify as the primary focus.
  • Identify and capitalize on integration and collaboration opportunities.
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align partnership goals.
  • Drive strategies to enhance partner engagement and success.

Who We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles, ideally with eCommerce platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS and eCommerce landscapes.
  • Proven success in establishing eCommerce partnerships.
