Building a world class partner organization

Interested in shaping the future of AI-powered solutions through impactful partnerships? Coveo is expanding and seeks a dynamic Senior Partner Manager.

Reporting to the VP of Partnerships in North America, you will lead initiatives to empower partners and drive expansion with Coveo’s cutting-edge solutions. Working closely with key SIs and GSIs across their sales cycles, you’ll advocate for AI-powered search solutions, positioning Coveo at the forefront of innovation.

This role offers a fast-paced, highly visible opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving the future success of Coveo’s Alliances and Partnerships team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and Execute Partner Strategy: Build, develop, and execute a North American SI & GSI partner plan while collaborating with the international alliances team to expand Coveo's reach.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Establish relationships with key stakeholders at high-impact SIs/GSIs, co-developing joint strategic plans with revenue targets for both software and services.
  • Expand Partner Ecosystem: Identify new sales opportunities with partners, grow the Coveo practice within SI/GSIs, and nurture partner pipelines to ensure it becomes sales ready.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with marketing and sales to create and implement co-marketing plans, including events and activities, while collaborating with product teams and SI/GSIs on potential industry accelerators.
  • Enable Partner Success: Ensure training and certification for partner teams (sales to delivery), drive partner success in implementation services, and regularly engage with SI/GSI user groups.

We have a leading technology product to sell, a world-class Partnerships team to work with and all the tools you need to be successful. On your side, you’ll need perseverance, curiosity, focus, self-motivation and dedication to achieve success.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • 8+ years experience in a similar Alliances & Partnerships role in enterprise SaaS, ideally with an understanding of e-commerce, service and/or search.
  • Extensive experience working within the SI/GSI ecosystem and/or developing/managing GSI partnerships (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte Digital, Slalom, Capgemini etc.).
  • A track record of creating and executing successful partner/alliance strategies and plans, including expanding practices within a SI/GSI and exceeding both referral and bookings targets. • Self-starter with a strong independent, entrepreneurial spirit.

What will make you stand out:

  • Strong business acumen enabling quick assimilation and navigation through complex organizational structures and politics, with adeptness in tailoring presentations for diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative team spirit, actively contributing to collective success.
  • Demonstrated focus on sales enablement and supporting successful sales outcomes.
  • Resilience and adaptability, prepared with contingency plans when challenges arise.
  • Outgoing, sociable nature, comfortable networking and engaging at various events.
