About the Role: In this role, the Senior Paralegal will provide support and conduct research to assist our General Counsel. You will report directly to Titanium’s General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, and work closely with members of the Human Resources, Sales, and Operations teams. The Senior Paralegal will focus primarily on reviewing commercial contracts, supporting and preparing for various litigation matters, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will also gain exposure to various areas of law relevant to Titanium’s business needs.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist the in-house legal department in corporate law, employment law, and related areas.
• Draft and revise agreements, releases, and legal documents to protect company rights and minimize risks.
• Interpret and clarify legal requirements and positions internally and externally.
• Conduct legal research and provide writing support on corporate, employment, technology, privacy, and commercial contracts.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and accountability in all matters.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in the legal field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Paralegal, Law Clerk, or Legal Assistant with exposure to corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and employment law is an asset.
• Experience preparing for litigation is preferred.
