Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd. in Calgary is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst to support coordination of Procure to Pay (P2P) activities and project execution processes with a systems integrator.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience as a PM and BA in procurement, payables, inventory, and financial domains, with proficiency in MS Project or Azure DevOps and relevant certifications. The role is office-based in downtown Calgary, requiring onsite presence four days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst supporting enterprise initiatives in procurement, payables, inventory, and financial domains.
• Experience with Procure to Pay (P2P) programs, including creating/updating business processes.
• Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.

Responsibilities

• Support the Procure to Pay team by tracking upcoming tasks and work activities
• Engage project team members to identify business resources required to complete tasks
• Maintain visibility into detailed task progress and highlight schedule gaps
• Capture project decisions, actions, and commitments and maintain follow-up records
• Coordinate with the system implementor to ensure assigned tasks are completed
• Identify delivery risks and elevate issues to the P2P Lead and Program Leadership
• Coordinate documentation development to support implementation activities
