Job summary

ATB Financial in Canada seeks a Senior Partner, Org Design & Workforce Architecture to serve as a strategic co-pilot, translating enterprise strategy into scalable operating models, robust skill taxonomies, and long-term organizational health. You’ll lead end-to-end design, forecast capability needs, and align governance with business goals.

Hybrid work with 1–2 days on-site per week, and a focus on advisory excellence, workforce capability, and future-of-work alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in organizational design or enterprise transformation within complex corporate structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field; professional certifications are assets.
• Experience with organizational design, job architecture, and workforce strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end organizational design and operating model initiatives.
• Develop future-ready structures and governance models.
• Provide confidential advisory to senior leaders and People & Culture (P&C) Partners to resolve structural friction.
• Coach P&C partners and build an enterprise design community.
