Stantec is seeking a seasoned Middleware Database Administrator to install, configure, and maintain Fusion Middleware stacks across environments. You will work with Oracle Identity Governance, OIM, OAM, and EBS, ensuring security and availability. The role supports hybrid/remote work with multiple office locations.
Key duties include middleware tuning, LDAP/SSO setup, and developing best practices while coordinating migrations and documentation. Strong UNIX shell and Java knowledge are essential.

The Middleware Database Administrator will have a chance to work in a very dynamic environment with multiple teams. You will be part of the team that is responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Fusion Middleware stack. This includes Oracle Identity Governance, Oracle Access Management, Oracle Enterprise Manager and E-Business Suite.
This role can be performed from any major Stantec office location and there is the opportunity to work mainly remote.

Pay Range:
Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
