Stantec is seeking an Oracle Functional Analyst to advance our Oracle HCM Cloud initiatives, including Financials, Projects, Payroll and HRMS. The role collaborates with analysts and end-users to resolve incidents, deliver service, and support functional testing and training.
You will contribute to solution design, configuration, and post-production support across HR systems. Key responsibilities include incident management, end-user support, testing, and coordinating with vendors.

We are looking for an Oracle Functional Analyst to be part of the evolution and enhancement of our Oracle HCM Cloud, including Oracle Financials, Projects, Payroll and HRMS, to meet the needs of our business.
As a Functional Analyst, you will collaborate with technical analysts and end-users to resolve tier 1 and tier 2 incidents/problems, perform regular and on-demand service delivery activities, and monitor/resolve processing exceptions by using knowledge of the front-end system procedures and data dependencies. You will also provide functional expertise in assigned project roles on implementing Oracle solutions.
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
