Job summary

Infosys seeks an Oracle Customer Care and Billing Tech Consultant in Mississauga, Ontario. You will contribute to the consulting lifecycle, define problems, and propose and deploy CC&B solutions. The role includes development, configuration, and deployment, plus guiding teams on project processes and deliverables.

You will support proposals, client training, and internal capability building, shaping value-adding consulting solutions for global clients. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 7 years of IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to different phases of the consulting life cycle and define the problem, propose and create the solution.
• Develop, configure and deploy the Oracle CC&B solution; guide project processes and deliverables.
• Support proposal development, client training and internal capability building; help detail project scope.
