Aramark is seeking an Operations Manager for the Greater Toronto Area to lead dining, catering, housekeeping and laundry services across multiple client sites. You will drive safety culture, oversee budgets, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Successful candidates bring 5+ years in large-scale operations, strong financial acumen, and a proven ability to build relationships with senior leadership and clients.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading large teams in food service, hospitality and environmental services.
• University Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced food safety certification preferred.
• Strong financial acumen, including food cost, labour management, inventory control, and budgeting.
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements, operating reports, and budget variance reports.
• Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and retaining diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
• Experience managing teams of 20 or more associates.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
• Catering experience considered an asset.
• Positive attitude and strong customer-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships at all levels, including senior leadership and clients.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including WHMIS, Occupational Health & Safety, and infection prevention and control practices.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and successfully lead change initiatives.

• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop Front Line Supervisors and other operational leaders.
• Build strong relationships within local communities and develop professional networks that support future business opportunities and organizational growth.
