Mark VII - Clean Cars® is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to manage inbound/outbound warehouse logistics, monitor stock levels for service, installation and chemical activities, and ensure inventory accuracy across Canada and service vehicles.

You will coordinate with vendors, customers and staff, manage chemical ordering and deliveries, and deliver/setup chemicals at client sites while troubleshooting issues and ensuring compliance with DOT/FMC regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6-10 years of relevant warehouse and distribution experience.
  • Certified forklift operator.
  • DZ license for truck driving (preferred).
  • Experience with SAP (preferred).
  • Experience handling and/or delivering chemicals (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

  • Organize all inbound and outbound warehouse logistics.
  • Monitor inventory to maintain proper stock levels for service, installation, and chemical activities.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy at all warehouses across Canada and in service vehicles.
  • Coordinate with vendors, trucking lines, purchasing agents, customers, and company personnel so received goods are communicated and distributed as required.
  • Manage warehouse organization, chemical ordering, receiving, and deliveries to customers.
  • Deliver and set up chemicals at customer locations, maintain chemical delivery systems, and troubleshoot chemical issues.
  • Track new developments in chemicals that could improve departmental and company performance.
  • Build relationships with the customer base and advise customers on new chemicals or upgrades that would improve their operation.
  • Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned

Summary

The Senior Operations Specialist manages warehouse logistics, monitors inventory to keep stock levels in line with service activity, and builds working relationships with customers and suppliers. The role also owns chemical delivery and application: delivering and setting up chemicals at customer locations, keeping chemical applications correct, maintaining chemical delivery systems, and troubleshooting chemical issues.

Job Requirements
Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6-10 years of relevant warehouse and distribution experience.
  • Certified forklift operator.
  • Relevant technical sales experience.
  • DZ license for truck driving (preferred).
  • Experience with SAP (preferred).
  • Experience handling and/or delivering chemicals (preferred, not required).
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong multi-tasking, prioritizing, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with a calm, involving approach.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of business and proprietary information.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb, and use hands to grip regularly.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards as outlined.
