Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Utility Contracting, Civil Construction, and Power/Electrical Infrastructure.
• Strong project management with underground, overhead distribution, civil, and electrical projects.
• Proven P&L, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Leadership to mentor management teams and develop talent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for financial and operational performance of assigned regions, including budgeting and profitability decisions.
• Develop and execute bidding and pricing strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction aligned with corporate objectives.
• Oversee project execution and resolve contractual, operational, and legal issues.
• Lead, develop, and mentor management teams; plan succession and workforce needs.
• Approve expenditures, pricing, and purchases within delegated authority.
• Manage regional budgets and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and unions; negotiate contracts and resolve disputes.
• Supervise Superintendents and field operations; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
