Placements24 is seeking aSenior Operations Manager specialized in Supply Chain to oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution. You will lead a team, implement strategic improvements, and drive efficiency and cost savings across the supply chain.

Candidates should have 7–10 years in supply chain and operations, a bachelor's in a related field, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and experience with planning software to optimize performance in a complex environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain/Operations/Business Administration).
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain and operations management.
  • Proven track record of cost savings through optimization of supply chain activities.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and global trade regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with supply chain planning and optimization software.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager with a specialization in Supply Chain to lead their logistics and procurement operations. This critical role is responsible for optimizing the entire supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished goods. You will manage a dedicated team, implement strategic improvements, and ensure the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of all supply chain activities. This position requires a deep understanding of logistics, inventory management, and supplier relations within a complex operational environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive operational excellence in supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
