Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services client seeks an experienced supply chain leader to oversee procurement, sourcing, planning and supplier performance while guiding a team of procurement professionals.

You will drive negotiations, contract management, cost-saving initiatives, supplier relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Sales and Demand Planning to ensure reliable supply and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 6+ years procurement/supply chain experience.
• 4+ years leadership experience.
• Ideal candidate to have CPG experience.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Experience with contract manufacturing or outsourced production is an asset.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
