Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, including budgeting, cost control, and asset management.
• Delegate responsibly while ensuring policy compliance and accountability.
• Address product, process, and quality issues with corrective actions.
• Oversee purchasing for cost-effective procurement and on-time delivery.
• Monitor pricing, quotes, orders, and project costing; manage divisional expenses.
• Support business development and maintain key customer relationships.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety program effectiveness.
