Framatome North America is seeking a hands-on Operational Excellence professional to lead high‑impact Lean Six Sigma initiatives. You will manage multi‑functional projects, apply DMAIC/DMADV and Kaizen, and coach yellow and green belts while driving process redesign and performance improvements across the organization.

The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, change leadership, and collaboration with senior leaders to align improvements with VOC and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus minimum 6 years of relevant experience and Black Belt training.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional Lean Six Sigma projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Lean Six Sigma projects across functions using DMAIC/DMADV.
• Facilitate value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and root-cause problem solving.
• Coach belt levels and mentor teams on Lean/Six Sigma tools and change management.
