Identify high‑impact opportunities using data‑driven analysis and connect improvement activities to strategic business objectives. Facilitate value stream mapping, Kaizen events, and root‑cause problem‑solving workshops, guiding teams through process redesign and optimization. Coach Process Owners, Champions, and project teams on Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and change management practices. Act as a change agent by modeling Lean behaviors, building trust, and inspiring adoption of new ways of working across all levels of the organization. Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and communication tools to measure and share project progress and outcomes. Partner with business leaders to ensure continuous improvement initiatives are aligned with customer needs (VOC) and deliver enhanced quality, timeliness, cost efficiency, and user experience.

Develop and mentor yellow and green belts. Manage complex, high‑visibility projects and collaborate across sectors to drive enterprise‑wide operational excellence. Manage multiple high‑complexity projects simultaneously using disciplined project management approaches.

Change Leadership & Communication Inspires teams to adopt new ways of working without resistance or disruption.
