Zekelman Industries is seeking a Senior Community Property Manager to run day-to-day operations of a residential community in Tecumseh, ON, ensuring exceptional resident experiences and strong financial performance. The role involves supervising on-site staff, coordinating leasing activities, maintaining compliance, and driving community engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years in property management or similar supervisory role.
• Knowledge of leasing processes and local housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site teams to provide resident-focused service.
• Manage rental payments, deposits, and fees for financial accuracy.
• Oversee leasing applications and tenant account reconciliation.
• Develop and monitor the community budget and expenses.
• Inspect property and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate maintenance and respond to resident needs.
• Resolve disputes with a focus on peaceful community operations.
• Plan community events to boost resident engagement.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and local regulations.
