Collaborating with Aerodynamics, Structures, Flight Test, and Certification teams, you will deliver acoustic and vibration solutions that improve passenger comfort and meet regulatory requirements while shaping our hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in noise, vibration, or aeroacoustics in aircraft development.
• Strong knowledge of vibration theory, acoustics, and structural dynamics.
• Experience with analytical and experimental vibration testing.
• Familiarity with rotorcraft, eVTOL, or unmanned aircraft programs preferred.
• Knowledge of noise certification requirements (FAR Part 36) and environmental regs.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain aircraft noise and vibration models through the design lifecycle.
• Analyze structural vibration, cabin noise, engine-induced vibration, rotor/propeller noise.
• Predict noise and vibration levels using analytical and numerical methods.
• Support vibration isolation, damping treatments, and noise reduction solutions.
• Assess cabin layouts and equipment installations on passenger comfort.
• Support trade studies to optimize acoustic and vibration performance.
• Develop and execute ground and flight test plans to measure noise and vibration.
• Instrument aircraft with accelerometers, microphones and sensors.
• Support compliance activities for noise and vibration requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes for safety and efficiency.
