Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada seeks a senior commercial lawyer to lead legal strategy for major nuclear opportunities from pursuit through execution. You will draft and negotiate complex development and supply agreements, advise on risk allocation and governance, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across projects.

Hybrid work in Canada with travel; you will partner with project leadership and external counsel to defend executable commitments and protect margin on high‑value energy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Canada and in good standing.
• Experience leading complex negotiations on major infrastructure projects.
• Ability to advise at the executive level with clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal support for major nuclear infrastructure projects from opportunity development through contract award and execution.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate development, design collaboration, and supply contracts.
• Advise on risk allocation across scope, schedule, pricing, and governance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to deliver executable commitments.
