Job summary

Personnel Search Ltd. is seeking a Network Solution Architect to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure aligned with the company's strategic goals. The role emphasizes deep networking expertise and enterprise architecture influence.

The position requires full-time on-site presence in Canada, with CGP, ITAR and security clearances as part of eligibility, and close collaboration with Solution Designers and Shared Services across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with 10+ years in a professional IT environment.
• TOGAF certification.
• Experience in enterprise-scale network deployments and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end network infrastructure solutions (LAN, WAN, SDN, Cloud Networking).
• Contribute to domain-level infrastructure strategy and reference architecture.
• Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture practices and standards.
• Evaluate and optimize network performance, cost efficiency, and security.
• Lead complex infrastructure projects and maintain technical integrity.
• Implement disaster recovery and high availability solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solution Designers, Divisional Architects, and Shared Services.
• Develop, coach and educate other Solution Architects and Solution Designers.
• Maintain architectural documentation and solution designs.
• Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory mandates.
• Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers.
