Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Network Security Architect to design and evolve secure global network infrastructures that support business goals. The role covers 24x7 operations, with Montreal onsite four days and one remote day per week, reporting to the Networking and Security Manager.

You will lead secure network design, AV network integration, threat mitigation, and cross‑domain collaboration while mentoring IT teams and aligning practices with business strategy.

Qualifications

• CCNP and/or CCNA certifications.
• 5+ years of network security experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN and zero‑trust networking.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field; or an associate degree with equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Deep knowledge of networking protocols, secure design, and OT integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect secure enterprise networks and 24×7 operations.
• Design and implement AV networks and supporting enterprise NDs.
• Align security standards with business and tech strategy.
• Identify threats and design mitigation components.
• Assess designs for security gaps and hardening measures.
• Lead incident response and post‑mortem recommendations.
• Mentor IT and network teams on secure design and operations.
• Collaborate with cloud, app, and cybersecurity architects for end‑to‑end security.
