Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in network, infrastructure, or systems administration.
• Strong hands-on Palo Alto firewall administration in enterprise.
• Solid knowledge of security controls: VPNs, intrusion prevention, logging, incident troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Palo Alto firewalls, policies, VPNs, content filtering, and threat prevention.
• Monitor network performance and reliability; respond to outages and incidents to ensure continuity.
• Deploy and manage on‑premises and remote servers using VMware ESXi and Hyper‑V; support AD, Azure AD, M365, SharePoint.
• Provide technical guidance, document procedures, and mentor teammates; coordinate with internal teams.
