Job summary

GemTek Recruiting in Montréal seeks an experienced Senior Network Manager to lead a large IT Infrastructure and Operations network team. You will shape enterprise networking strategy, drive performance, and oversee transformation initiatives across LAN/WAN, cloud networking, and security.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence. Security clearance eligibility is required or possible.

Senior Network Manager opportunity in Montréal

You must be a Citizen or have a PR card and be eligible for security clearance.

This will be a leadership role within a large, complex IT Infrastructure and Operations environment, with a strong focus on enterprise networking, operational performance, transformation, and team leadership.

We expect the ideal candidate to bring experience with:

• LAN, WAN and SD WAN
• Cisco and Meraki environments
• SASE and Zero Trust
• Firewalls and VPN
• Azure and AWS networking
• Network monitoring and observability
• ITIL and incident management
• Vendor and telecom provider management
• Leading network engineering or operations teams

French is an asset.

Work model: Hybrid, minimum 3 days onsite per week
