Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support our global network infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. You will lead SD-WAN, firewall, VPN deployments and collaborate with architects, operations teams, and vendors to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-efficient networks.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering roles.
• Deep hands-on experience with Cisco SD-WAN architecture and optimization.
• Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, Aviatrix).
• Network security experience (Palo Alto, Zscaler).
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (SolarWinds, Splunk).
• Proficient in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, DNS/DHCP.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Lead deployment and configuration of SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet security requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide Tier 3 support for escalations.
• Monitor network performance and drive improvements with observability tools.
• Support Asset Protection Technology Infrastructure operations.
• Automate network tasks using scripting and IaC.
• Create and maintain documentation for network architecture and procedures.
• Keep documentation up-to-date for knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Participate in on-call rotation for global network operations.

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join North America's largest retail and wellness companies. The ideal candidate will be joining the Global Team Network Operations team and is responsible for is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of the company's global network infrastructure. This individual be playing a critical role in designing, deploying, and maintaining lululemon’s global network infrastructure. You will work closely with architects, operations teams, and vendors to ensure our network is secure, reliable, and optimized for performance and cost. This role requires deep technical expertise in SD-WAN, cloud networking, and network security, as well as a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of SD-WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud networking tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network solutions align with business and security requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide Tier 3 support for escalated incidents.
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements using observability tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk).
• Support Asset Protection Technology Infrastructure (CCTV and Physical Access Control) Operations
• Automate network tasks and configurations using scripting and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network architecture, configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders, supporting knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support global network operations as needed.

Skills and Requirements

• Deep hands‑on experience with Cisco SD-WAN architecture, deployment, troubleshooting, operations, and ongoing platform optimization.
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
• SD-WAN (e.g., Cisco Meraki)
• Cloud networking (e.g., Aviatrix, AWS, Azure)
• Network security (e.g., Palo Alto, Zscaler)
• Monitoring and observability tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk)
• Proficiency in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and DNS/DHCP.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Agile/Lean methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage leadership teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex initiatives, resolve issues proactively, and take end‑to‑end ownership of operational stability and engineering outcomes. Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible, Terraform) is a plus

Cisco IOS-XE Knowledge

• Experience supporting and engineering Cisco IOS-XE environments, including routing, switching, security, and migration activities.
