Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering in a multi-team, production environment.
• .NET Framework / .NET Core / C# – expert-level APIs, microservices and back-end systems; SOLID.
• React front-end with scalable architecture; state management and performance focus.
• Java or Kotlin familiarity; read and reason about codebases beyond primary stack.
• Azure services: ACA, Web Apps, Service Bus, PostgreSQL, Key Vault, Application Gateway, VNets, Private Endpoints.
• SQL Server & PostgreSQL - relational design, indexing, performance tuning.
• RESTful API design for scalable, secure APIs.
• Microservices architecture and distributed systems concepts.
• Docker containers and containerized deployment expertise.
• CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.
• Agile/Scrum lifecycle and SDLC understanding.
• Proven use of AI-assisted development tools in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable, fault-tolerant services across microservices platform.
• Own end-to-end delivery from requirements to deployment and support.
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture decisions.
• Refactor to reduce technical debt and improve maintainability and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues with urgency and structured problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive solutions.
• Champion engineering best practices: testing, CI/CD, security, observability, docs.
• Leverage AI developer tools to accelerate development and output.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
