Job summary

A leading aviation company in Montreal is seeking an Inspector NDT Level 2 to conduct non-destructive testing on aircraft and components. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing testing techniques, writing technical instructions, and certifying compliance. A College Degree in a relevant field and an intermediate knowledge of aircraft structures are required. The role offers success sharing bonuses and medical insurance among other benefits, in a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• One method among Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, and Dye Penetrant level 2 certifications completed or in progress.
• Experience in non-destructive testing on aircraft or components.

Responsibilities

• Conduct non-destructive tests on aircraft or components.
• Implement techniques and calibrate devices according to certifications.
• Write technical instructions for requested tests.
• Prepare inspection reports certifying component's conformity.
• Participate in feasibility studies on new materials and methods.

Skills

Intermediate or advanced knowledge of aircraft structures and materials

Advanced level of English
