Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Naval/Marine to lead ship repair projects from planning through execution. Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project management experience in marine/shipbuilding or related industries.
  • Experience delivering large-scale, multi-discipline projects with scope, schedule, and cost complexity.
  • Ability to interpret technical specs and manage evolving scope after inspections.
  • Experience with government clients or regulated environments is desirable.
  • Proficient with MS Project/Primavera and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management of complex ship repair projects in a marine environment.
  • Manage scope from government specs through inspection, surveying, and execution.
  • Identify and control scope changes impacting cost, schedule, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with production, estimating, scheduling, procurement, quality, and engineering.
  • Monitor performance against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and productivity.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and material readiness.
  • Interface with government and client stakeholders and report progress.
  • Apply disciplined project controls and adapt to evolving marine repair needs.
  • Provide leadership to other Project Managers and drive safety and quality.
