Job summary

Gastops is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Naval Programs to lead the execution of marine programs, pursue domestic and international naval opportunities, and build relationships with customers, shipyards, OEMs and partners. The role sits within Gastops’ Energy, Marine and Land Business Unit and requires collaboration with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• 10+ years of project or program management experience within naval/marine or shipbuilding industries.
• Experience with government, defence, marine, shipbuilding or industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition of opportunities from capture into execution with plans, governance, resources and customer relationships.
• Plan and execute assigned programs (e.g., Naval products, energy/marine initiatives) from award through delivery.
• Collaborate with project management office to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and customer expectations.
