Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in engineering or naval architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Earned Value Measurement (CPI, SPI, EAC).
• Experience with scheduling methodologies per PMI/PMBOK and AACE.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling effort on ship repair program, manage the team of schedulers and interface with PMO and Client.
• Establish WBS, milestones, and baseline reporting against approved baselines.
• Monitor updated schedules and ensure timely progress and quality reports.
• Analyze data from multiple areas/projects to support decision making.
• Identify delays, trends, and mitigation actions to protect schedule.
• Adhere to scheduling processes and identify potential claims.
