Job summary

NorthernReflections, Ricki's, and Cleo are seeking a Senior NAV Solutions Developer to design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics NAV and related integrations across POS, eCommerce, WMS, and finance systems. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable ERP solutions and contribute to modernization initiatives.

The role requires deep NAV experience, strong C/AL/AL, C#, .NET, and SQL Server skills, plus a track record of delivering reliable, scalable retail IT systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive ERP development experience in retail, finance, merchandising, or warehousing.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is required.
• Hands-on experience with LS Retail POS is ideal.
• Strong C/AL development experience; AL development experience is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development, upgrades, or migrations is a strong asset.
• Strong experience in C#, .NET, and SQL Server development.
• Experience with Web Services, APIs, and integration methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database and Microsoft Azure services is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics NAV solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ERP, POS, eCommerce, WMS, and third-party systems.
• Analyze requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions.
• Design and develop functionality for Finance, Merchandising, WMS, eCommerce, and Store Ops.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting in a 24/7 retail environment.
• Support NAV upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to ERP modernization initiatives and migration planning.
