You will work with stakeholders to schedule releases, monitor production environments, escalate issues, document solutions, and collaborate across teams to improve performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technology build support (e.g. research, installation, configuration, provisioning, administration) and ensure services meet established standards and service levels, while minimizing operational risk.
• Partner with stakeholders to schedule packaging and release new applications in a timely manner; plan implementations with parallel work streams to reduce change execution times.
• Continuously strive to improve the stability of production environments by monitoring applications and systems and ensuring availability targets are met.
• Notify and escalate possible issues, communicate project status, and provide timely recommendations to meet objectives.
• Deliver effective and defect-free support (application, hardware, software and/or operations) and maintain accurate documentation.
• Interact with clients to provide quality service aligned with requirements.
• Design, review, and integrate all application requirements including security, integration, performance, quality, and operations.
• Identify and address issues affecting application integrity and cross-release dependencies.
• Consult with other areas to provide technical expertise on technology trends and processes.
• Participate in projects to evolve infrastructure, deploy new technologies, or optimize operations.
• May build/deploy base infrastructure components and participate in deployment of applications and procurement of assets.
• Maintain base infrastructure components and liaise with vendors for fixes.
