Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technology build support including research, installation, configuration, provisioning and administration support of systems and applications.
• Partner with stakeholders to schedule packaging and release of new applications; plan parallel work streams to reduce change execution times.
• Improve production stability by collaborating with teams to set up, monitor and maintain applications and systems; ensure availability targets are met.
• Provide timely notification and escalation of issues; communicate project status and escalate as needed to meet objectives.
• Deliver effective, defect-free support across applications, hardware, software and operations; research issues and maintain accurate documentation.
• Interact with clients to deliver quality service/solutions aligned with requirements; design and integrate application requirements (functional, security, integration, performance, quality, operations).
• Identify and address data and application issues and cross-release conflicts impacting integrity; collaborate with other areas for technical expertise and TD standards.
• Participate in projects to evolve infrastructure, deploy new technologies, or optimize the operating environment; may deploy base infrastructure components.
